The Idea

NovaPans Handpans was founded by David, a music undergraduate from the UK who in 2016 went looking for his own handpan to discover that in order to do so meant paying $3000 upfront, being put on a 6 month+ waiting list, and if and when you did actually get a handpan, only have limited options for returns and retuning. Like thousands of others, David just wanted a handpan he could afford, didn't have to wait months to get, and didn't feel like there was "no turning back" once the payment was made. And so, NovaPans Handpans was born.

The Solution

With David's classical musical background and his professional musical network he put together teams from around the world who could make handpans at more affordable prices with faster delivery times and yet, could still retain the original high quality sound of the handpan we hear in all the famous handpan videos online.
