I'm so happy that a novapan is my first handpan. It's a custom beautiful instrument that sounds great and it's perfect for my needs. 9 notes 440.
I am happy with my 12 note handpan. I chose Novapans because all the care the company had put into informing their customers. Explaining all the different ones in combination with sound tracks on video. As well as a video course to help familiarise oneself with this new instrument. I have no experience with other handpans but became unsure about the one I have when a workshop presenter told me that hand pans made in China do not hold their sound as well as some made in the UK. Some one in the workshop had one which had a much clearer sound than mine has which might be the result of being made from another material (stainless steel) I did not want to pay over a £1000 for an instrument I was unfamiliar with so this one is good enough for me. I just looked on Novapan website and understand that 7th generation has indeed another sound quality, is made from stainless steel, and the one I have is typically a good one for beginners.

You simply cannot beat the quality of these handpans for the price. There just isn't any greater value out there. I have owned move for four years and it still sounds great. The best part? The customer service is unmatched!
The gen 7s have sound amazing. The trouble becomes trying to pick what key and scale you want!
I am playing for more than a Year and I could not be happier. The song of this handpan is so peaceful.

I absolutely love my Hijaz made by Novapan. The sound quality is amazing and it has a lovely reverb. The craftsmanship is solid and its in tune. I was brand new to the handpan when I first got it, but I picked it up easily with the help of the instructional videos posted to Novapans Youtube channel. i'm forever grateful for this instrument and the relaxation it brings me. Highly recommend!

I have been waiting for over 15 years to own a hang pan and because of you guys I finally can and it’s not a cheap wannabe hang, it’s not one you gotta smack the notes as hard as you can to make it ring, nope this is high quality, with a firm tap, the notes resound perfectly! Everyone that hears it says how beautiful it is to listen too. It’s what you would expect from a whole lot more expensive hang. Thank you all so much!

Ich habe mir diese Handpan bestellt, da ich nicht bereit bin Unsummen für ein Instrument auszugeben, von dem ich nicht sagen kann wie lange, oder ob überhaupt es mir zukünftig Spaß machen würde. Ich habe mich deshalb für diese Handpan entschieden und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich bin sicher niemand, der sie täglich spielt, aber sie steht hier bei mir im Wohnzimmer und wenn es mit danach ist, wird sie benutzt und ich erfreue mich am Klang.
Würde ich sie mir wieder kaufen? Ich denke ja, evtl mit ein paar Notenfelder mehr.
I bought 2 handpans from Novapan both are D Celtic minor. Sound quality of both the handpan is good, service is good.
